We guarantee our products to be free from faulty workmanship.
If a product is found to be faulty, we will repair or replace it if it is reported to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In the case of having to make a claim, please phone us on (08) 8381 3461 or email us at admin@baublez.com.au before returning the goods to us. Postage for returns are at the purchaser's expense.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on (08) 8381 3461 within 14 days of receipt of the goods to receive instructions on returning for a full refund (excluding postage).
The goods will need to be returned to us at HALLETT COVE, SOUTH AUSTRALIA (at the purchaser's expense).
The goods need to be unworn and in their original packaging.
